BISSELL WOOD - BLAKEDOWN

Bissell Wood is located near Blakedown. From this ride a range of mainly sandy bridleways can be accessed easily. You can ride as far as Clent Hills if you are more adventurous or simply hack for an hour. There is plenty to see and explore out around Blakedown.

EASTHAM - TENBURY

Eastham is in a lovely unspoilt part of Worcestershire, within easy reach of Tenbury Wells, Bromyard and Kidderminster. This ride location is an ideal place to spend many hours in the saddle. Your parking is on a private farm location with direct links straight onto bridleways in the area.

Rides from this area can be hilly so a degree of fitness is required although not to much if just out for a pleasant hack. There are much longer rides and paths if you wish to be out all day too.

 INKBERROW

This ride location provides miles of bridleways for you to access straight from the farm. With ample parking and a private access to the nearest bridleway you are spoilt for choice in which direction to go. Along the way you will come across quiet lanes, sunken tracks, open arable land & grassland to cover. Hack along quiet lanes past some stunning houses on your way. this is one not to be missed.

SUCKLEY HILLS - MALVERN

The Suckley Hills are in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the heart of Worcestershire. From some of the bridleways which criss cross Suckley and the surrounding area you are able to see the Malvern Hills. There are quiet lanes which connect the bridleways and you can ride for hours if you so wish.

ALFRICK - MALVERN

Alfrick is a quiet little village set near the Suckley Hills, with its quiet lanes and long bridleways through the woods there is tranquility to be found around Alfrick. The area is quite hilly so a degree of fitness is required. From the host's parking point you can access the quiet lanes and then select your bridleway. The host also has B+B facilities and can sometimes accomodate horses as well.

CHELMARSH RESEVOIR - HIGHLEY

From your parking point you can ride along the well known Jack Mytton Way, ride through the stunning countryside which runs alongside the River Severn and the Severn Valley Railway, on your journey you can reach Chelmarsh Resevoir where sailing and other water sports take place. Continue along the Jack Mytton towards the Wenlock Edge and you will eventually come upon The Long Mynd From the other direction ride through the mining town of Highley and out towards Cleobury Mortimer and the Wyre Forest, or cross the new river bridge and out towards Arley and Shatterford. The choice is yours.
