Important News for all members.

 

Although this change came into force in 2016, it is only recently that many riding organisations are insisting that riders MUST wear riding hats that conform to the new standards.

As the WBRA is affiliated to the BHS, we feel it important that members are aware of this.

 

Please click the link below to check your riding hat is compliant with the latest standards.

 

 

 

 

 

 

We have been informed if your riding hat is marked with the old standard [EN]1384, this is still prefectly acceptable for general riding and hacking, and our escorted rides. But if you are buying a new riding hat, then you are advised to check that it meets the standards indicated above, or in the picture guide below.

Summer Meal - Wednesday 12th of July at The Wheelbarrow Castle, Alcester Road, Radford WR7 4LR.

Carvery with dessert - £10.00 per person (Veggie option Mushroom Filo tart, need to know before meal).

Private Parking Places.

Please remember, the PPP's are on someones property or business, so be courteous and make sure that you tidy up after your ride, especially droppings and loose hay, and if the PPP is a public house, take advantage of the refreshments they offer (but make sure no muddy boots).

Always ring before you go, to make sure it is convenient, and display your membership PPP permit clearly in the windscreen.

Park carefully, taking up as little space as possible, and if there are grassy areas, keep horses off these please.
